1. How do I get coupons or
discounts?
Go the website,
www.thebusinesscardholder.com Put in your
zip code, and then select the book closest to you. All of our
business partners have generously agreed to give Business Card
Holder patrons discounts, rebates, free estimates, etc. Sign
up for even more discounts!
2. Why did I receive a Business Card Holder and my neighbor
did not?
We select 500 homeowners per month to receive our book.
Most of our names and addresses are received via a specific
Business Card Holder system. We apologize that your neighbor
did not receive a book, we will rectify that if you will
complete the “refer a friend” portion of this book, we will
send one out ASAP.
3. Are the businesses in my book good?
Yes, Yes, Yes. ALL of the businesses we have in our book
are not only our clients, but friends as well. Most
importantly, they have been selected to be in the book. We
have interviewed them, and know them to be honest, reputable
businesses. One other important note about these
businesses-they want your business. How many times have we
called on someone and they never show up, or do not call us
back?
4. Why is there only one of each trade?
We select the best businesses we can find to be in our
book. If you have the best, there is no need for a second or
third. A problem of having many of the same companies is
“Which one to choose” dilemma. We believe you should not leave
the selection to chance, hire the best.
5. Can I get another book for myself?
Sure, fill in the “Refer a Friend”. We will send you
another. Many people ask for one for their car...we
understand.
6. Why a business card holder?
Most businesses want to keep their prices affordable. One
way is to eliminate the need to repeat expensive advertising
to the same person. We know you don’t need an electrician
every day; but when you do, we have just the one.
7. Can a person sign up on the website if they have not
received a book?
Sure, we welcome everyone-and they can print a coupon too!
8. I know a business owner who should be in the book, how
can I get them in?
Although we make no guarantees, we will call and set up an
appointment to interview based on your recommendation. Another
way is to have them call us directly. Check the website for
phone numbers.
9. This is a great idea, I am moving soon, how do I get a
book in my new location?
The “Refer a Friend" works here too. On the website, simply
fill out the form, and if there is a Business Card Holder
franchise in your new area, we will send you a book.
